Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a form on this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Kesarisuta confirms availability, you approve the quotation, and the agreed advance payment is received.

Quotations and prices

Package prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary with guest count, menu, location, date and specific requirements. The approved quotation is final for your booking.

Payments

Advance and balance amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are stated in your quotation. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway.

Changes and cancellations

Changes to date, guest count or scope must be requested in writing and may change the price. Cancellation charges and refunds follow the cancellation policy stated in your quotation.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for venue access, permissions, power and water supply where needed, and accurate guest counts, unless these are included in the quotation.

Creative work

For BrandCraft projects, ownership of final approved files passes to the customer on full payment. Kesarisuta may show completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Liability

Kesarisuta is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including weather, government restrictions and venue issues.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
